Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access in server logs, to deliver the site securely and protect it from attacks (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and uses the EU standard contractual clauses.
No tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on this server, so no data is sent to font providers.
Contact and request forms
If you send a message or a breathwork request through a form, I process the details you enter (such as name, email, availability and your message) to respond to you and, where relevant, to arrange a session (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). The forms are transmitted via the form service Web3Forms (web3forms.com) and delivered to my inbox. If you write to me by email, I process your email and its contents for the same purpose. I delete these messages when they are no longer needed, unless legal retention periods apply.
My email is hosted by Zoho Corporation B.V. (Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HT Utrecht, Netherlands) on servers in the EU.
Booking with cal.com
To book an intro call, this site embeds the scheduling service cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA). The booking calendar only loads on the Guidance page. When it loads, cal.com processes your IP address and, if you book, the details you enter, in order to schedule the call (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Video calls take place via Google Meet (Google Ireland Ltd.). Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Payments
If a session is paid online, payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland). Stripe processes your payment details to carry out the payment (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, write to hello@leonardvonboehlen.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).
